On December 13, 2019, managing attorney of Parham Law, Shalamar J. Parham, will sit as a panelist at the Chief Justice’s Commission on Professionalism’s “2019 Convocation on Professionalism: Then (1988) and Now (2019).
The Convocation is in honor of CJCP’s 30th Anniversary. The Convocation will examine how the legal profession has changed over the past 30 years and explore how those changes impact legal professionalism. Court of Appeals Judge Carla Wong McMillan and Associate Dean of Emory University School of Law James Elliot are the Convocation Co-Chairs. The special guest speaker is Ambassador James T. Laney, President Emeritus of Emory University.
Shalamar J. Parham is a divorce and child custody attorney in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a 2014-2020 SuperLawyers Georgia Rising Star honoree.
